United States (Domestic Shipping):

Orders $55.00 and up: FREE SHIPPING
Orders over 10 lbs: $23.99
Canada:
Orders under $150.00: $19.99
Orders $55.00 and up: FREE SHIPPING
Orders over 10 lbs: $30.00
International Shipping (Worldwide):
Orders under $350.00: $23.99
Orders $55.00 and up: FREE SHIPPING
Orders 1-10 lbs: $30.00

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
SPECIAL HANDLING: COLOGNES & FRAGRANCES
To comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) and international safety regulations regarding flammable liquids:
Mandatory Ground Shipping: All orders containing cologne or fragrances must ship via Standard Ground transport.
No Air Shipping: We cannot offer expedited "Air" or "Overnight" shipping for fragrance products.
Delivery Timeline: Because these items travel by land, please allow the full estimated delivery window for your region.
MULTI-SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT
VeeteaWears partners with carefully selected suppliers to bring you premium men wear and fragrances. Some orders may ship from multiple locations to ensure product availability.
You may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order, not per shipment.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (AFTER PROCESSING)
Once shipped via our standard carriers, typical delivery times are:
United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Cologne Restrictions: Due to international postal regulations, some fragrance products may be restricted for delivery to specific international destinations or remote territories. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations worldwide.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
U.S. Returns: Typically $10.99
Canadian Returns: Typically $19.99
International Returns: Typically $23.99 - $45.00
Fragrance Returns: Due to the hazardous nature of cologne, returns for fragrances must be shipped using a carrier that accepts "Consumer Commodity" ground shipments. Please contact us for specific instructions before returning any fragrance.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@menwears.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
